  1. Do you know any plyometrics exercises to improve vertical jumps and max out my potential ? If so, then reply back to me as soon as possible.

    1. any plyometrics activity it is wise to get a solid strength base so I definitely recommend the squat as part of your program. After that I would look at weighted step ups, single leg body weight squats and then look at power movements such as using plyboxes and tuck jumps
